The value of the Product:

This is a month's worth of daily recipes and meal plans to fit your needs, goals, health concerns, and lifestyle. I will deliver a PDF Template of the Foods you should focus on to better suit your needs. Based on a series of questions you will answer, I will be able to determine which areas are of necessity for focus and deliver nutrient-dense recipes to maintain health in those areas. You will receive a list of foods, a Meal Plan and Recipes tailored to your biochemical individuality. You will also receive one follow-up 60-minute Nutrition Session With me.

What we need from you:

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I understand the healing properties of specific foods tailored toward the system in the body that requires the most focus. With that said, please fill out the form that will automatically pop up when you choose to buy. This detailed form will allow me to understand who you are, your energy levels, health symptoms (if any), goals, concerns, and body type.
