A Weekly 30-45 minute one-on-one Nutrition Session with me, Rozalia😊 , a Holistic Nutritionist to prepare you for the week ahead and reflect on the week before. This consistent practice intends to help you make healthy choices for a happier life.

For this reason, I will create a personalized nutrition program that meets your Biochemical Individuality. You are unique and authentic, with various needs that differ from others, and your nutrition practices need to reflect your most natural state of being.

Step 2: Nutrigenomix test (optional but recommended) Or Skip straight to Step 3

Order a DNA collection kit, including instructions for collecting your sample, and a return envelope to send your sample back to the Nutrigenomix Lab. 

Price:

  • 70-gene test: CAD 360 (+Tax) or 

  • 77-gene test: CAD 410 (+Tax) (includes hormones & methylation)
