This is a 7-Day Personalized Plan for a generally healthy person who desires a short reset in their digestive system.

Value of the Product

A 7-day meal plan of Daily Recipes focused on Ayurvedic principles. I will focus on your dosha’s needs, goals, health concerns and lifestyle. I will deliver a PDF Template of the Foods you should focus on to assist you on your Detox journey best. Based on a series of questions you will answer, I can determine which Dosha you embody and thus create the plan that brings your system back into balance. You will receive a list of foods, a Meal Plan and Recipes tailored to your Dosha’s biochemical individuality.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I understand the healing properties of specific foods tailored toward the system in the body that requires the most focus. With that said, please fill out the form that will automatically pop up when you choose to buy. This detailed form will allow me to understand who you are, your energy levels, health symptoms (if any), goals, concerns, and body type.
