As a Yoga Teacher and Animal Flow instructor, I offer my tranquil Yoga expertise to Corporations and Busy group executives who have no time and need a break to nurture their body, mind and soul.

I will attend your organization and teach a 45- to 55-minute Yoga or Animal Flow Class.

I offer several styles of yoga, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and mixed yoga Pilates.

These sessions are In-person or Online.

Price: 200$ per class

Packages:

  • $950 for 5 Classes ($190 per class)

  • $1800 for 10 Classes ($180 Per class)

  • $3400 for 20 Classes ($170 per class)

Corporate Strength Training

As a Personal Trainer, I often witness busy office workers with lower back pain, Hip issues and shoulder-neck tension due to their long days sitting at their desks!

Finding time to strengthen the muscles and bone mass that keep it together can be hard!

Luckily, you have me! 😌

I will attend your organization and teach a 45 to 55-minute Strength Training class. This class will reduce chronic pain due to a sedentary lifestyle, strengthen your body and mind, and increase productivity at work!

Corporate HIIT Workout

As a Zumba and Strong Nation Instructor, I can offer fun High-Intensity Interval Workouts for your organization to help your staff increase focus, concentration, mood, and productivity!

Increase heart health mid-day or during your lunch break to feel refreshed and reset for the rest of your hard-working day.

I will attend your organization and teach a 30 to 45-minute HIIT Class.

This class will increase cardiovascular output and metabolism, reduce stress, and increase productivity.

These sessions are in-person or online.
