A 7-Day Bootcamp to shape you up, challenge your resilience and give your body a boost in endurance, stamina, skill and improvement in flexibility.

This program is designed for those who want to excel in their fitness in a short amount of time.

This is perfect for anyone who has a competition coming up, an athletic sport they need to improve on quickly, or simply needs to get into that special dress or outfit!

The sessions are 1.5 hours, and you train with me 1:1 in person or Online, 5 days on, 2 days rest and the last 2 days to complete the Bootcamp.

Price: $1120 + tax

14-Day Challenge

A 14-Day Challenge to break your behaviour patterns, shape your lifestyle and change your neuropathways towards health and well-being!

This program is designed for those who need a push to change their lifestyle while creating discipline and mental resilience.

This is perfect for anyone who wants to incorporate a variety of workouts into their daily regime and lifestyle and needs motivation and accountability to get them there!

These sessions are 1.5 hours, and you train with me 1:1 in person or online for 5 days on, 2 days of rest, 5 days on, 2 days rest and last 4 days to finish!

Price: $2240 + Tax

30-Transformation

A 30-Day Transformation to wake up your muscles, improve your heart health and enhance your strength and resilience!

This program is designed to transform your lifestyle completely. You will not be the same person coming out of this boot camp that you were when you came in!

This is perfect for anyone who needs to end an old way of living, change and transform their mindset and habits, and embody a new look and new you, inside and out!

These sessions are 1.5 hours, and you train with me 1:1 in person or online for 5 days and 2 days rest for 6 weeks, for 30 days of workouts!

Price: $4800 + Tax

Membership Packages Includes:

  • My commitment to you as a Coach (I will push you to stay committed to your workouts even when you don't feel like it)

  • I am a Personal Trainer, but you also receive a Nutritionist, an Energy Healer, and a Spiritual Life Coach. (So, our sessions will be focused on working out; the conversations we have on knowledge, information and all sorts of depth will better your growth and self-development)

  • Types of Workouts: Foundation (Injury Prevention and Recovery, Realignment of Spine and Structural Body, Strengthening of Ligaments and Tendons, and Mobility), Strength Training, Animal Flow, Yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training and more!

  • As an Athlete, I can play. Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Rock Climbing, Swimming, and Badminton: If you want to make one of your sessions a day of sports, we can implement it into your program. (Only for In Person Clients)

  • You receive a Daily Workout Planner, which requires tracking your habits, mood, sleep, water intake, diet, and daily workouts, whether with me or on your own time. (You will receive a Canva Link upon sign up, which you can download to a PDF planner or Print Out)
