Tarot Card of the Month - Three of Cups

Yippie!

After last month's deep dive into the subconscious, I realized what tremendous energy it is to receive.

The Three of Cups depicts a celebratory time of Happiness and Abundance.

It is time to appreciate all you have and embrace joy and good fortune.

This healing energy is a time of Revelation and Reconciliation, where you seize the moment and enjoy laughter, smiling and the company of those you deeply connect with. 💖

This month, you can expect to become clearer about appreciating your friends and family and celebrating each other's successes, accomplishments, news, and love!

In the card, you will notice most chakras flying free in the sky, chirping and singing while rooted in deep emotional stability!

Astrology Forecast

There is a ton of Air Energy available in May!

The Wind takes focus as we try to gain clarity on the ideas, communications, and thought patterns that circulate in our minds and pass through.

With the Sun in Taurus and Mercury joining the stable, secure creature from the 10th to the 26th, communication, intelligence, talking, sharing, quick-wittedness, and expression will be at the forefront for all writers and network mediums.

We are encouraged to express our minds authentically when new thoughts present themselves and observe opinions, thoughts, and media with detachment and logical rationality.

If something that has been held back needs to be said, this could lead to a quarrel or heartbreak. However, one must express one's thoughts and what may be on one's mind to avoid them building up within.

A time to challenge injustice wherever you see it, embrace the values that Taurus brings and show courage against all odds.

A new start in writing, marketing and research is favoured!

Astrology can teach you a lot about yourself and help you understand your personality and major behaviour patterns; connect with me for an Astral Session by clicking the purple button at the corner of the page!

Food for Thought.

The Correlation between Food and the function of our Brain and how it influences our Mood, thought patterns, beliefs, and ability to learn, focus, concentrate, recall, and be open to various perspectives depends on the fuel we provide our bodies.

To be well, the body and mind must be adequately fueled so that breakdown does not occur.

With the growing number of stressors in the environment today, the body must obtain proper nourishment to maintain a healthy nervous system.

If not, a collection of nervous system disorders can occur, such as:

Depression, Anxiety, Anorexia Disorder and Bulimia, ADD, ADHD and more!

The Nervous System maintains body homeostasis with electrical signals. These signals provide sensation, emotional responses, and higher mental functioning.

They are also responsible for activating muscles and glands.

The nervous system is a control network that connects all the systems in the body. It is split into the central nervous system (CNS) and the Peripheral Nervous system (PNS). The PNS is comprised of the somatic and autonomic nervous systems, which are responsible for heart rate, breathing, digestion, sweating, and blood pressure.

The Brain does all the work.

It requires a variety of Vitamins Bs, B12, A, and E, as well as multiple minerals to assist in the glymphatic system, which detoxes the Brain of heavy metals and various toxins.

The Brain also requires all essential and non-essential amino acids, which are responsible for creating neurotransmitters that push Neurons to communicate signals and pulses of electricity along the cell membrane.

Neurons connect different pathways in the Brain and transmit old and new information.

You can start standard practices today to love your Brain better!
