We all need time to pause, forget our worries, and realign ourselves. This 7-day yoga retreat in the beautiful jungle of La Fortuna, Costa Rica is your chance to do just that. You will be guided through a physical, mental, and spiritual journey, one that will totally transform your own conception of wellness. Daily yoga sessions will allow you to align yourself and connect with a feeling of gratitude while activities like a hike to a gorgeous waterfall, an herbal medicine workshop and more will act as fun and empowering opportunities to simultaneously explore your inner self and the outer world. An adventure for the soul, you will leave this experience feeling completely renewed and harmonized with nature.

In honour of Veterans Gratitude Week (Nov 3rd -12th), I will host a Donation Vinyasa Yoga Online Class on December 16th at 1 p.m. EST.
I will send all your kind Donations to the Veterans Yoga Practice.
