Below, you will find monthly Fitness Programs that decrease in Price the longer you commit! - Invest In yourself, and I will Commit to you as your Coach, keeping you accountable on your health journey.

I have covered the following programs, whether you want to train in person or online. Once you sign up, you can choose regular Times and Days to commit to training with me consistently. As a result, you will create habits that will ultimately change your life, how you feel about yourself, your energy levels, your mood and your overall well-being. Fitness will become part of your lifestyle and personal identity. I cannot wait to get started with you!


Step 1- Book your Initial Session

Canadians: $120 for 60 Minutes

For US or International: 100$ for 60 Minutes

This session will discuss your Goals, Needs and Health Concerns. We will also do a fitness test for me to determine where you are at in your activity level and Bone and Muscle Strength. We will also check your overall alignment to determine whether necessary foundations must be established. At the session, I will offer program options encouraging you to commit to yourself while keeping you accountable for your training.

These Programs are listed below. You will be prompted to select and commit to a monthly subscription.


Step 2 - Choose your Desired Program Membership

Membership Includes:

  • My commitment to you as a Coach (I will push you to stay committed to your workouts even when you don't feel like it)

  • I am a Personal Trainer, but you also receive a Nutritionist, an Energy Healer, and a Spiritual Life Coach. (So, our sessions will be focused on working out; the conversations we have on knowledge, information and all sorts of depth will better your growth and self-development)

  • Types of Workouts: Foundation (Injury Prevention and Recovery, Realignment of Spine and Structural Body, Strengthening of Ligaments and Tendons, and Mobility), Strength Training, Animal Flow, Yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training and more!

  • As an Athlete, I can play. Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Rock Climbing, Swimming, and Badminton: If you want to make one of your sessions a day of sports, we can implement it into your program. (Only for In Person Clients)

  • You receive a Daily Workout Planner, which requires tracking your habits, mood, sleep, water intake, diet, and daily workouts, whether with me or on your own time. (You will receive a Canva Link upon sign up, which you can download to a PDF planner or Print Out)
